Anthem, AZ - With the release of PCB Libraries' flagship software product, the PCB Library Expert Suite (Viewer, Builder, Pro, and Enterprise editions), with the release of the 2021 version, the "Library Expert" will be referred to as the "Footprint Expert".

While the "Library Expert" name will be phased out and replaced with "Footprint Expert" effective with version 2021, the two are synonymous.

The same Leased License, Software SL, or USB Key license that worked with the "Library Expert" will work with the "Footprint Expert" as long as the license remains on maintenance.

The Footprint Expert uses cutting-edge CAD LEAP™ Technology not available in any other CAD library solution and is leveraged for competitive advantage by some of the household name companies in aerospace, defense, consumer products, medical, energy, transportation and research/educational sectors, to name a few.
